Job Title: Regional Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Director will be responsible for driving the performance of the Make Ready operations, providing close analysis of the business and production of operating strategies to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with senior points of contact to discuss business performance and strategy.
  • Review monthly KPI/QA scores for all contracts to ensure required scores are being consistently achieved.
  • Conduct site visits as required to assess standards and quality audit scores.
  • Review profit and loss monthly to ensure contracts are running in the most profitable manner and highlight any losses.
  • Ensure the Regional Management team responds to all incidents of customer feedback and ensures these are actioned within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with Director and MD level clients.
  • Proactive approach to identify possible drops in service at early stages to eliminate major dips in service occurring.
  • Ability to implement solutions independently.
  • Proven experience of managing managers and coaching and mentoring managers who are experiencing difficulties.
  • Commercial analysis and resolution proposing capability.
  • Financial experience for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Exceptional ability to create relationships and communicate at all levels while taking necessary tough action.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous senior management experience, preferably 5 years' experience within prestigious FM or NHS service sectors.
  • People management experience within a sales-oriented business.
  • Proven track record of performance growth/retention within a previous role.
