Sales Team Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director at Plant Plan. This dynamic role involves managing a wide range of tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Director and their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor sales KPIs, highlighting wins and losses.
- Manage email and calendar activities for the Sales Director.
- Conduct research, cost analysis, and ROI calculations.
- Assist with HR activities (e.g., appraisals, investigations, skills tracking).
- Coordinate and document company systems and processes.
- Plan and manage team events and travel arrangements.
- Create and manage presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper and communication liaison for the Sales Director.
- Drive a culture of accountability and teamwork across the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have prior PA/EA experience and a UK driving license. A-level education or equivalent is also required. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year.
