About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special school in Chelmsford. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Inspiring and supporting students, either individually or in small groups.
- Assisting teachers with lesson materials and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Ensuring students' safety during activities, both on and off school premises.
- Contributing to the school's mission by attending meetings, training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues.
