We are seeking an Education and Therapeutic Support Professional to join our team at 1st Staff Limited. As a specialist provider, we work with students from 4-25 years old, addressing their educational and therapeutic needs.

The Role

You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with a lead tutor, safeguarding leads, curriculum leads, and a Head of Education to ensure comprehensive support for our students.

Job Summary
  • Deliver tuition sessions, adapting to individual student needs
  • Contribute to a supportive network, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues
Working Conditions
  • Flexible location options, including schools, local communities, or student homes
  • Variable hours, 10-15 hours per week, split into manageable sessions
Salary Range: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
