  • Location: CM1 area
  • Salary: Dependent on experience and aligned with the Teacher's Pay Scale, estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as a SEN teaching assistant. As a SEN teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, carers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every learner achieves their potential
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide targeted interventions
  • Stay updated on best practices in SEND education and maintain professional growth through ongoing training and development
