About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Assistant for SEND Students. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-to-one tuition to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face tuition to students with ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD at their homes or local centres
  • Plan engaging lessons and resources tailored to each student's needs
  • Raise students' confidence and improve their academic performance

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000, depending on experience. Our tutors enjoy the flexibility to choose when they want to work and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Valid enhanced child workforce DBS
