Special Education Needs Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Special Education Needs Assistant to work with students in a SEND provision at a Chelmsford primary school. The successful candidate will have a positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as strong relationship-building skills.
The role involves assisting in the delivery of lessons, planning and preparation, and providing support to pupils with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver targeted support to students with special educational needs.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress.
