As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers">
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)">
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions">
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments">
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
