Are you a qualified teacher or tutor looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Remedy Tutors is seeking an SEN Tutor to work with students who require individualized support in their homes or a local centre. As an SEN tutor, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs.

About the Job:
  • You'll work with students who have ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD, providing face-to-face support and guidance.
  • You'll develop and implement lesson plans that promote social and emotional growth, helping students build confidence and self-esteem.
  • You'll manage challenging behaviour while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • You may also engage in outdoor activities that promote learning and exploration.

Our team at Remedy will refer suitable work to you, which may include any year group on a 1-2-1 basis, either after school or during the daytime for students who are currently being home-schooled.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEND students
  • A valid enhanced child workforce DBS

We estimate this role to pay approximately £25-£30 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
