We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Teacher to join our team of SEN tutors and teachers. As a Support Teacher, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Job Overview
  • Develop and deliver customized lesson plans to meet students' unique needs and abilities;
  • Create engaging and supportive learning environments that foster student confidence and growth;
  • Apply research-based strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote student well-being;
  • Possibly incorporate outdoor activities, such as nature walks or plant-related learning, into sessions to enhance student engagement;

You will work as a self-employed tutor, with our team connecting you with suitable work opportunities. This may include one-on-one tuition during the day or after school for home-schooled students across various year groups.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs;
  • A valid enhanced child workforce DBS;

Remuneration: £35-£45 per hour (dependent on qualifications, experience, and location). Benefits:
