Special Needs Care Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Needs Care Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a valuable member of our staff, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
About the Role- You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans that address the unique needs of each student.
- Assist students during classroom activities, promoting their engagement and understanding of complex concepts.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with Personal Care and Social Emotional needs, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Austin Fraser is a well-established Special Needs School in Chelmsford, providing education for students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
- Comfortable providing personal care and implementing behavior management strategies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (mandatory).
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided; candidates on skilled worker visas are not eligible).
