Seeking a Support Worker for Children with Special Needs
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with special needs. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with children who have severe learning difficulties (SLD) and require support to develop their skills and abilities.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week within the school or college provision. You will be supporting students with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to help improve engagement, interaction, and raise attainment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children and a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning. You will be required to work closely with parents to ensure that what is carried out at school is continued at home.
A salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. This is a temp to permanent opportunity, and in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
