About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the position of Special Needs Learning Support Assistant in a Chelmsford mainstream primary school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and be able to provide emotional support and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality support to students with special needs
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and strategies
  3. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and training
  • Experience working with children with special needs

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid through PAYE. You will also receive excellent customer service from a dedicated Primary school team and flexibility in finding a school that suits your needs. Additionally, you will have access to training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
