Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Community Child Worker to join our Polaris Community team. As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver an intensive support service to children and young people, working closely with foster carers, social workers, and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing regular face-to-face and telephone contact with children, young people, and their families, promoting placement stability and supporting positive changes. A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary and Benefits:
