Support Worker Opportunity

We are recruiting for a support worker to work in a primary school in Mansfield and surrounding areas. As a support worker, you will provide vital assistance to students who require additional support, helping them to achieve their educational and personal goals.

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education. You will assist students with their daily routines, including meals, breaks, and physical activities, and help them with their academic work, including homework and projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children and adults alike. You will also need to be patient, understanding, and compassionate, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £400-£600 per week, depending on experience. You will also receive PAYE paid weekly, free access to our skills development package (over 19 courses), funded formal qualifications, career progression opportunities, wellbeing programme and refresher training, and trainee teaching assistant opportunities.
