Sentenia Systems, Inc. seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to lead all sales efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals with strong knowledge of the healthcare industry drivers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. Key responsibilities include generating new leads through networking and prospecting, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, and making sales presentations to customers and prospects. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop technical knowledge of Sentenia's solution offerings, identify client needs, and communicate features and benefits. Other duties include facilitating technical follow-up to close sales, target account selling, contract negotiations, and representing the company at industry conferences.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have 2+ years of sales and closing expertise with B2B software or technology sales, as well as strong listening and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will also have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, and a proven problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
