Senior Business Development Manager

TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate the Parts Sales team in achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance. The role involves leading, managing, and motivating a team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, monitoring sales performance against set KPIs, and implementing promotional activities to meet sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, conducting regular 1:1 performance reviews, and providing developmental or corrective support where required. Additionally, they will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the sales team is motivated through creative incentive schemes and rewards.
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
