Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse regional dynamics, including consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and retail conditions, to identify growth opportunities.
- Built strong relationships with retailers, adding value to their businesses while fostering autonomy and self-management.
- Establish systems to measure and track retailer performance, using key metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage KPIs and business metrics, including handling challenging conversations.
- Exceptional rapport-building skills with various stakeholders.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus and monthly car allowance.
