Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our air conditioning sales efforts in Scotland, UK.
Your primary focus will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain and manage existing customers, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share
- Travel to potential and existing customers to present our product portfolio and services
- Utilize telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales deals
- Plan, research, and execute potential sales opportunities to drive profitable market growth
- Maintain a strong sales track record and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage your geographical area to achieve sales objectives
- Previous account management experience within the power transmission industry is desirable
- A proactive approach to drive sales forward and an organized approach to creating sales opportunities are essential
- Ideal candidates should be qualified to ONC/HNC Mechanical engineering standard
- Experience of selling to large/medium OEM accounts is advantageous
- This is a home-based role
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems is necessary
What We Offer:
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus sales incentive scheme
- 25 days + bank holidays
