Job Description: Regional Sales Manager Agricultural Machinery

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager Agricultural Machinery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our premium products and services to prospective customers across West and Central Scotland.

You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers within your assigned territory and will work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities within your territory, presenting our premium products and services to prospective customers, and maximising upsells and cross-sell opportunities.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, along with an estimated annual performance-based bonus of £12,000. We also offer a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday per annum, company pension, and employee discounts on our products.
