Aftermarket Sales Engineer Job Overview

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales and a deep understanding of electric rotating machinery, including motors, generators, and transformers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique challenges, and collaborating to create bespoke solutions that meet their needs. They will also be responsible for carrying out in-depth research within their region to uncover new sales leads and providing insightful market feedback to enhance the company's offerings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and maintain strong connections with both existing and potential clients.
  2. Carry out in-depth research within your region to uncover new sales leads.
  3. Offer support and guidance to customers, showcasing the company's innovative products and services.
  4. Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Aftermarket Sales Engineer Requirements
  1. A proven track record in technical sales with a deep understanding of the sales process.
  2. Extensive knowledge of electric rotating machinery, including motors, generators, and transformers.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  5. A Full UK Driver's Licence and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
Aftermarket Sales Engineer Salary & Benefits
  1. £60,000- £70,000 DOE
