As a Regional Sales Director at Mitchell Maguire, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with window and door fabricators, leveraging your expertise in multi-point locking systems to secure new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, specifically within the construction industry, with a proven track record of success in selling to window and door fabricators. You must be able to hit the ground running, inheriting an established customer base and working towards £2.5m-£3m revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting new commercial accounts, each contributing a minimum of £50,000 at an acceptable margin.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000-£50,000, negotiable based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £10,000. Our benefits package includes a fully expensed car and comprehensive health insurance.
