We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Children’s Nutrition Advisor to join our team at Positive Healthcare PLC in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a private client providing specialist treatments for children and young people (8-17 years) with eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa.

About the Service

Our service has been rated ‘Outstanding’ twice by the CQC and has won several awards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, creating individual plans with service users based on their health concerns, goals, dietary restrictions and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating healthy nutrition plans tailored to each service user’s needs
  • Building strong relationships with service users to ensure effective support and guidance
  • Managing a diverse caseload of complex cases requiring nuanced understanding and expertise
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • The opportunity to work on either a full-time or part-time basis for approximately 9 months
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise

Please note that this role is suitable for dieticians currently working around Band 6 level.
