CV-Library requires a weekend reception and administration assistant to work at our head office in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to demonstrate accuracy in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Set up new starters and maintain employee records
  • Use Microsoft Office and other admin software

Requirements:

  • 25 hours per week, flexible scheduling available
  • Minimum 6 weeks contract duration
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role an advantage

Estimated Salary: £1200-1600 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
