About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our UK Hi-Performance Division as a Key Account Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts in the FMCG sector, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts across the UK Hi-Performance Division, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, to identify new business opportunities and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
  4. Provide regular commercial and service reports to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the FMCG sector, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel frequently throughout the UK.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and initiate actions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
