Salary: 23k-30k (DOE)

Location: Hinckley (Must be able to commute to Coventry)

Monday-Friday

The company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their already successful team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve set revenue targets, set by the Managing Director, on an annual basis
  • Hit daily KPIs on call rates
  • Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients to source and pitch new business
  • Consistently achieve set KPIs by the Sales Manager, including call rates and diary entries
  • Work as credit control where necessary ensuring clients meet payment commitments
  • Manage post-sales service and account management to clients
  • Identify and attend competitor events when required achieving set revenue targets onsite
  • Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments
  • Database management and effective data entry
Person Specification:
  • Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience
  • Demonstrate a track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Experience of high-value sales activity
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Commercial awareness
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate experience of both phone and face-to-face selling
