Business Development Representative

Salary: 23k-30k (DOE)
Location: Hinckley (Must be able to commute to Coventry)
Monday-Friday
The company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their already successful team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve set revenue targets, set by the Managing Director, on an annual basis
- Hit daily KPIs on call rates
- Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients to source and pitch new business
- Consistently achieve set KPIs by the Sales Manager, including call rates and diary entries
- Work as credit control where necessary ensuring clients meet payment commitments
- Manage post-sales service and account management to clients
- Identify and attend competitor events when required achieving set revenue targets onsite
- Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments
- Database management and effective data entry
- Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience
- Demonstrate a track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience of high-value sales activity
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Commercial awareness
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate experience of both phone and face-to-face selling
