Internal Sales Executive

Harris Commercial Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the future growth of our department by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including Builders Merchants and Contractors.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include developing new and existing accounts, handling incoming and outgoing sales calls to customers, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and existing accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in phone-based sales is essential, with a proven track record of success in developing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with IT systems, including CRM software.
