Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Sales Representative to join our team at ER Recruitment Limited.

About the Role

As an Outbound Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity. You will actively make outbound calls to achieve scheduled sales opportunities with business owners and directors to promote our company's services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own diary to generate new leads, appointments, and referrals
  • Actively make outbound calls to achieve scheduled sales opportunities
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly plan to maximise sales opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline

About You

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional B2B or B2C environment. You should be inspired to work in a fast-paced, target-focussed culture with high-energy and high-reward. You will be pro-active and self-motivated, with a strong ability to build outstanding relationships with clients.
