Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and results-driven individual to develop their sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve set revenue targets.
- Hit daily KPIs on call rates and consistently achieve set KPIs by the Sales Manager.
- Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients to source and pitch new business.
- Work as credit control where necessary, ensuring clients meet payment commitments.
- Manage post-sales service and account management to clients.
- Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments where necessary.
- Database management and effective data entry.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Experience of high-value sales activity.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Commercial awareness.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrate experience of both phone and face-to-face selling.
