We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and results-driven individual to develop their sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Hit daily KPIs on call rates and consistently achieve set KPIs by the Sales Manager.
  • Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients to source and pitch new business.
  • Work as credit control where necessary, ensuring clients meet payment commitments.
  • Manage post-sales service and account management to clients.
  • Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments where necessary.
  • Database management and effective data entry.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience of high-value sales activity.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate experience of both phone and face-to-face selling.
