Description

We're looking for dedicated sales professionals who want to work in a vibrant city centre office with uncapped commission potential. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential business clients, building relationships, and explaining the superior services we provide to solve their HR and Employment Law needs.

  • Organisation is key, as you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
  • Working closely with the BDMs and the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance your sales tactics.
  • Provide regular reports on your lead generation activities, appointment setting, and sales performance to management.
What We're Looking For
  1. We're looking for sales professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sales, and ideally with direct Business to Business Sales experience.
  2. Previous experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
