Service Excellence at the Front Line

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Front Office Shift Leader to join our Front Office team at the Royal Lancaster London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate support with Guest Service Agents during busy periods.
  • Confidently use various computer systems such as Opera.
  • Up-sell room types at every available opportunity to achieve the departmental up-selling goal.
  • Train, support and review Guest Service Agents to achieve personal and departmental goals.
  • Conduct Quality Checks to ensure Guest Service Agents consistently adhere to prescribed service standards.
  • Monitor the appearance, conduct, guest relation skills and punctuality of Reception staff to meet departmental standards.

Requirements

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
