Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Shift Leader to join our Front Office team at the Royal Lancaster London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating support with Guest Service Agents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate support with Guest Service Agents during busy periods
- Confidently use various computer systems, including Opera
- Up-sell room types to achieve departmental up-selling goals
- Train, support, and review Guest Service Agents to achieve personal and departmental goals
- Conduct Quality Checks to ensure Guest Service Agents adhere to prescribed service standards
- Monitor the appearance, conduct, guest relation skills, and punctuality of Reception staff
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, on a shift rota
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop Guest Service Agents
