Front Office Shift Leader

The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the Front Office team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures.
