Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of £80-95 per day, reflecting the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.

In addition to a competitive salary, Behaviour Support Specialists will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

">

This Behaviour Support role requires an enthusiastic and empathetic individual who wants to initiate restorative practices to assist a wide array of social and emotional needs students.

You will work closely with trained counsellors, therapists, pastoral support workers, and social workers to develop effective interventions and strategies.

As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1, small group, intensive interventions, and working as part of a wider class team.
