Trauma Support Assistant

We are recruiting a Trauma Support Assistant with expertise in Criminology to join our team at our Oxford provision. As a Trauma Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to students to help them process their emotions and develop coping strategies
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the social and emotional development of students
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£32,000 per year. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
