About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in core therapeutic talk therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based Trauma Informed Care, and Mutual Aid.

You will work closely with colleagues to provide emotional support, encouragement, and practical assistance to residents with daily living activities, including medication assistance and engaging with interests.

A key responsibility of this role is to continuously assess risk and update risk management plans to ensure the well-being of our clients.
