We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with behaviour and mental health issues at an outstanding specialist school in Oxford.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time role starting ASAP. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent, ongoing support to SEN children aged 4 to 11.
  • Support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology or relevant experience.
  • Level 3 qualifications+ are required.
  • Resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviour is desirable.
  • A passion for supporting children with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have qualified in Psychology, Counselling or Criminology, but other subjects will also be considered.
