**Job Title:** Young People's Welfare Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Young People's Welfare Assistant to join our team in Oxford, England. As a key member of our staff, you will support the welfare and well-being of students aged 8-16 who have experienced trauma.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting social skills and emotional regulation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized plans to support students' mental health and wellbeing.

**Salary and Requirements:** The salary for this position is £80-£95 per day. A degree in a related field or experience working with young people is preferred.
