Job Title: Criminology Graduate Specialist

A recent Criminology Graduate is sought to work as a Mental Health Support Assistant at Academics Ltd in Oxford. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children who have been exposed to trauma and adverse childhood experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with a range of students on a one-to-one basis, as well as in wider groups.
* Help prepare learning materials for the students, check on their welfare, and help increase their independent living skills.

Requirements:
* Patient, friendly, and proactive approach.
* Ability to work alongside Teachers and Specialist Staff to support students socially and emotionally.
* Strong, robust relationships to increase engagement, attainment, and life changes of the children.
* £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
