We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Criminology Graduate looking to gain critical experience working with at-risk groups of teenagers with behavioural needs.
About the Role:
This Behaviour Support role involves working closely with students who require specialist support to overcome various social and emotional challenges. You will work alongside our experienced team of staff, including trained counsellors, therapists, pastoral support workers, and social workers.
As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to implement restorative practices, including mediation and circle time, to promote positive relationships and behaviour among our students. You will also provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on their social, emotional, and academic needs.
