Job Title: Aspiring Youth Worker (Witney)

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and gain valuable experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to social and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, social withdrawal, anger issues, trauma, grief, and social difficulties. You will play a crucial role in helping these students overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.

This role offers the perfect blend of theory and practice, allowing you to apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. You will have the opportunity to work both 1:1 and in group settings, developing your expertise and building your confidence in supporting vulnerable students.
