Exciting Opportunity for a Scheme Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scheme Manager to join our Homeownership team based in Billericay and Pitsea. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retirement schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and managing contractor workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored housing support services to residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Provide administrative support, including producing letters, recording data, and managing contractor workloads.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer excellent customer care skills, addressing queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to support administrative tasks.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,627 per annum, rising to £27,450 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, life assurance, and employee advice services.
