Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver housing support services that meet individual needs and organisational objectives, promoting resident well-being and independence.
  • Provide administrative support, including producing letters, recording data, and managing contractor workloads.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues, providing excellent customer care and resolving queries and complaints.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office skills to support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,627 per annum, rising to £27,450 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
