Job Title: Scheme Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Scheme Manager to join our Homeownership team in Billericay and Pitsea. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retirement schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and managing contractor workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver housing support services that meet individual needs and organisational objectives
  • Provide administrative support, including producing letters, recording data, and managing purchase orders
  • Engage with internal and external contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable residents and a good understanding of key needs and services
  • Good practice for resident involvement and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively
  • Excellent customer care skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to other sites
