Position: Housing Scheme Coordinator
Location: Allington Court – Billericay
Salary: £21,635 - £22,304 per annum
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
We are pleased to present a fulfilling opportunity for a Housing Scheme Coordinator to become part of our Homeownership division based in Billericay. Utilizing your customer service expertise and quick-thinking abilities, you will be instrumental in pinpointing potential risks and ensuring timely reporting and monitoring. This role requires effective communication with a diverse range of clients and the coordination of contractor tasks; therefore, we seek an individual with relevant experience in a similar capacity, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting resident well-being and independence through the efficient provision of housing support services tailored to individual requirements and organizational goals.
- Offering administrative assistance, including the creation of letters/notices, data recording, purchase order processing, invoice management, and support for property resales.
- Engaging confidently with both internal and external contractors.
- Ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory standards concerning housing services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and a solid understanding of their essential needs and available services.
- Knowledge of best practices for resident engagement.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone, addressing various inquiries and complaints while providing guidance.
- Proficient in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary for potential travel to different sites.
