About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Design Coordinator / Design Manager to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the design function and lead the division over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external design houses and monitor drawings to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure final designs meet their expectations and requirements.
  • Track project programmes and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Attend client meetings and distribute design documents.
  • Establish design schedules and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Asite, 4projects, or similar software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local authorities and permits is desirable.
