Homeownership Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Homeownership team as a Scheme Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retirement schemes in Billericay and Pitsea.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs and organisational objectives.
- Provide administrative support, including producing correspondence, recording data, and managing contractor workloads.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Experience of working with vulnerable residents and a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills, with the ability to engage with residents and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use it to manage administrative tasks.
- A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel to other sites may be required.
