Ground Control is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of operational teams by coordinating activities to maintain and evidence required skills and accreditations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure the maintenance and evidence of their skills and accreditations within our compliance application.
- Monitor compliance status and proactively address any discrepancies or issues.
- Validate all documentation submitted by operational teams, including Right to Work checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the process of obtaining security vetting as required by our clients.
- Respond to operational team requests promptly and efficiently, resolving queries and providing necessary assistance.
- Provide clear and concise business communications for updates and actions.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in compliance coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with document validation processes.
- Understanding of security vetting procedures and regulatory requirements is desirable.
