Regional Sales Director

Sales RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive the growth of our access control business in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
About the Job
- Drive sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of Gardis products through the UK security distribution network.
- Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Security Installation Companies and end-users.
- Tender management: Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders from end-users, systems integrators, and channel partners in the UK.
- Collaboration: Work with internal sales and support teams to compile tender responses, including compliance statements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Product knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the TDSi Gardis product portfolio.
- Sales targets: Achieve sales targets by selling Access Control products within the defined territory.
Requirements
- Degree: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct sales experience: Proven track record in direct sales with a focus on access control and integrated systems.
- Tender response experience: Experience in preparing and submitting tender responses.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
