Job Description- Liaise with customers and clients in a polite and respectful manner to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle daily buyer enquiries from Reapit (our CRM system), calls, and office and marketing suite visits to ensure timely communication with potential buyers.
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers both in completed homes and on site to showcase properties effectively.
- Provide best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner, negotiating the best possible price for the client to meet their needs.
- Effectively market and promote properties for sale using various strategies to increase visibility and interest.
- Follow through to exchange then completion using the Reapit system to produce standard letters and keep records up to date, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Liaise with client and Sales Manager, providing progress reports as required to maintain open communication.
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner to drive growth.
- Maintain records on Reapit, on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary to ensure accurate data.
- Closed liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting all issues without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required to resolve any challenges efficiently.
- Liaison with clients' build, legal, and sales departments as required to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and clients.
- A strong team player willing to get stuck in and contribute to the success of the team.
- Target and goal-driven individual keen to learn and develop skills to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively to meet client needs.
- Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database and communicate with potential buyers.
- Confident dealing with clients and purchasers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships with customers and clients to establish trust and loyalty.
- Knowledge of the Dorset and Southampton residential/new homes market is desirable but not essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a generous commission rate paid monthly. Full-time, permanent position with ability to travel and be self-motivated essential.
